Socialise: Connect Spontaneously on Laterz Social
'Socialise' is designed to connect you with like-minded individuals nearby for spontaneous activities.
Here’s how it works:
- Tap 'Available Now': You need to be Available to see people around you.
- Set Your Status: This reflects your current situation—eg solo, duo, in a group, or with family.
It affects the icon displayed on your profile, which others will see in Socialise. - State Your Intent: Write a short sentence to let other users know what your looking for —whether it's grabbing a coffee, making new friends, or joining an activity.
- Status Reset: If plans change, simply tap the "Available Now" toggle to update your status.
Remember: You need to be Available to see profiles around you in Socialise!
How to See More Profiles Around You
You can adjust your Filter Options by selecting the filter icon (as shown in the image), and you can modify your Distance Slider in settings.
