How Do Location Permissions Work on Laterz Social?
To get the most out of Laterz Social, enabling location permissions is essential. We provide two options to suit your preferences:
"While Using the App": Your location updates only when the app is actively open. It doesn’t track your location when the app is running in the background.
"Always": This option updates your location continuously, whether the app is open or running in the background. If you want to pause location updates, simply force close the app.
Important: If you select "Never" for location permissions, your access to new connections will be restricted, and some information won’t be available. However, you’ll still be able to chat with your existing connections. To unlock full features, reactivate Location Services.
