Your safety is our top priority on Laterz Social. If you ever encounter a situation that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, we encourage you to report it.

There are two simple ways to report someone:

1. From their profile:

   • Tap on the three dots on a users profile and select "Report".
   • Select a report reason and provide any additional comments you'd like to share. Remember, you can share as much or as little information as you're comfortable with.
   • Tap "Submit report."

2. From a conversation:

   • Open the conversation and tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
   • Choose the "Report" option.
   • Specify the reason for the report and submit it, sharing any relevant details you deem necessary.

Once you submit a report, our dedicated moderation team will review it promptly. Please note that due to privacy guidelines, we may not be able to disclose the outcome of the report. However, rest assured that we take every report seriously and handle each case with utmost care.

If you can't find a conversation, it's possible that your match has deleted their account, been blocked on Laterz Social, or unmatched you temporarily. In such cases, the match will appear at the bottom of your conversation list where you can still report them.
